The technician is responsible for diagnosing and resolving security system issues and performing preventative maintenance at customer sites. They must also handle software upgrades, routine configuration changes, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and familiarity with installing and troubleshooting low voltage security equipment. Strong knowledge of IP networking, commercial security systems, and effective communication skills are required.

Securitas Technology is seeking technically minded individuals possessing experience with low voltage electronics specializing in electronic security solutions. Our teams are responsible for providing service on Securitas Technology products at customer sites. The position provides customer contact for all post-installation problems on security systems and equipment, as well as, special project work, when needed.
