The Nurse Manager provides operational leadership and clinical oversight for ambulatory teams across neurodevelopmental and surgical programs. This role is responsible for mentoring multidisciplinary staff, optimizing clinic workflows, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current Washington State RN license. At least two years of RN experience is required, along with BLS certification and a commitment to obtaining clinical specialty board certification.
The Clinical Operations Manager provides operational leadership and clinical oversight for the ambulatory teams across Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics, Neurosurgery Clinic, and the NICU Follow-Up Program. This position is directly responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs).
Working in close partnership with Medical Directors and Program Managers, you will optimize clinic throughput, uphold high standards of patient care and safety, streamline patient intake and scheduling workflows, and foster a culture of continuous operational improvement and staff engagement.
Required Education and ExperienceThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
