This role manages the end-to-end HR administrative lifecycle, including drafting contracts, conducting right-to-work checks, and maintaining data integrity within HR systems. It serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, benefits, and employee relations documentation.
Candidates should have previous administration experience, preferably within an HR team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally SAP HR. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.
This role delivers accurate, compliant and timely HR administration to support a seamless colleague experience. It manages contracts, onboarding, right‑to‑work checks, data updates and HR systems, ensuring strong data integrity and adherence to policy and legislation. Acting as a key contact for colleagues, managers and senior leaders, the role provides clear guidance, supports ER and benefits processes, and ensures consistent, high‑quality HR service across the organisation.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
