The Family Service Counselor is responsible for making at-need and pre-need cemetery arrangements for client families. They focus on lead generation, prospecting, and building trust-based relationships to generate revenue for the cemetery.
Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably 1-2 years of college or sales experience. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to obtain an insurance license is necessary.
