Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic transformation projects within the Group PMO. Manage project governance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Requires over 5 years of experience delivering large-scale transformation projects, preferably within financial services or regulated environments. Must possess strong executive communication skills and familiarity with modern technology environments like APIs and automation.

In the role in Group PMO you will drive complex projects across automation, regulatory infrastructure and product domains, contributing to a scalable, modular, and future-ready platform.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will operate at the center of execution, ensuring delivery discipline, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
You will join a high-performing Group PMO team, known for execution excellence, transparency, and strong collaboration across the organisation.
You are a high-impact Project Manager who thrives in complex environments where structure, clarity, and leadership are essential.
You bring a strong execution mindset and the ability to align stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes. You are comfortable operating across business and technology domains and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
