The Advisor provides financial support for the international portfolio, focusing on award management, budget development, and donor compliance. They are responsible for financial strategy, planning, and conducting training for staff on financial policies and federal regulations.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing complex, multifunctional budgets. Proficiency in English, Spanish, and MS Office is required, along with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The Advisor, Portfolio Management will provide financial support for Save the Children’s international portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial and operational processes are running timely and efficiently. You will report to the Senior Director, Financial Management and will provide budget holder support, award management, and expense allocation guidance to the cost centers supported.
Remote/Global – Preference in the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) Region
