Requires a bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, Communication, Economics, or related fields with at least one year of experience in project reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English are essential, while experience with APCI and Power BI is desired.

El/la Asistente de Gestión de Donaciones y Cumplimiento* brindará soporte a la Gerencia en la coordinación y seguimiento de actividades, incluyendo la elaboración de actas y minutas de reuniones, el monitoreo de acuerdos y compromisos de las distintas áreas, así como la preparación de presentaciones e informes. Asimismo, contribuir a la actualización de herramientas de seguimiento y a la adecuada gestión documental, asegurando la disponibilidad, organización y calidad de la información. Del mismo modo, apoyar en el cumplimiento oportuno y con calidad de los compromisos asumidos con miembros, donantes, socios implementadores y entidades reguladoras, incluyendo los requerimientos de la Agencia Peruana de Cooperación Internacional (APCI), facilitando los procesos de gestión, auditoría y rendición de cuentas de los proyectos.
