Regional Operation and Asset Service
To reduce the diameter of a lead stubby and to cut delay elements into the required cut lengths. Compliance with all SHERQ procedures in daily operations.
Assemble and Operate 2 main Machines (Drawbench and Traub);
Do fault findings on the machines for any deviations from the setup;
Reduction of delay stubby into a required diameter using draw bench machines;
Perform quality checks on drawn tubes and cut element using Shadowgraph machine to ensure that all units meet the specified cut length;
Housekeeping to maintain 5s standards;
Do stock count of all the raw material in the production area;
Do visual inspection and use relevant measurement tools and capture information on the Lot Traveler;
Completion of production documents;
Movement of cut elements into the heated storage area;
Able to work on your own with little supervision.
