Provide technical and commercial support to the sales force and professional clients regarding air conditioning and heating systems. Responsibilities include creating quotes in the CRM, designing refrigeration diagrams, and coordinating with European headquarters for technical solutions.
Requires a degree (BAC +2/+3) in HVAC, refrigeration systems, or a commercial degree. Candidates must possess technical knowledge of heating/cooling systems, proficiency in Office tools, and a level of English sufficient for professional exchange.
Role and Responsibilities
Rattaché à la Direction Commerciale, vous avez une « fonction support » pour la force de vente.
Vous apportez une réponse aux questions écrites et/ou téléphoniques des clients professionnels (Installateurs, Négociants, Bureaux d'études..) mais aussi aux équipes en interne (Force de vente, prescription, administration des ventes et marketing produits). Vous aurez un rôle clé de conseils et de services tout en apportant l’offre technique la plus adaptée.
