The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates and managing interviews for consulting roles. Additionally, they will contribute to employer branding initiatives and gain exposure to broader HR strategy and people operations.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field and seeking their first or second internship. Fluency in English is required, with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in helping Sailpeak attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for their first or second internship in the recruitment space, eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll gain exposure to everything from sourcing and interviewing to employer branding, and HR strategy. Every day, you’ll be part of shaping how Sailpeak grows and supports its people while learning directly from experienced recruiters, consultants, and business leaders.
Sourcing and identifying candidates for consulting and transformation roles through platforms like LinkedIn and other channels.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, scheduling, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
Help create and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as writing engaging LinkedIn posts and updating the career page.
Gain exposure to broader HR strategy, performance management, and people operations.
Participate in team meetings and recruitment projects, learning how strategy and talent connect in a fast-growing consulting firm.
You are currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field and looking for a first or second internship.
A strong interest in recruitment, people, and organizational growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with others and building relationships.
A curious, proactive, and organized mindset with great attention to detail.
🗣️ Language Skills
Fluency in English.
French or Dutch is a plus.
