The Member Services Coordinator will build relationships and provide support to sub-council members to ensure they are informed and effective in their roles. This role also involves coordinating governance processes, meetings, documentation, and engagement activities to ensure smooth operations.
Candidates should have a diploma or equivalent experience in administration, governance, or member services, along with experience in coordinating administrative processes. Strong organizational, communication, and digital proficiency skills are required to manage multiple priorities and improve service processes.

We’re looking for a Member Services Coordinator who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating meaningful work and creating positive experiences for people. This role is part of the Policy and Engagement team and ensures sub-council members have the information, resources, and support they need to contribute effectively.
Be the go-to support for sub-council members, helping them stay informed, connected, and successful in their roles.
Coordinate onboarding, appointments, participation, recognition, and transitions, ensuring every interaction is positive, organized, and well supported.
Coordinate records, meetings, documentation, and key processes that help sub-councils operate effectively and make informed decisions.
Support hearings, meetings, and engagement initiatives by managing schedules, communications, logistics, and follow-up activities.
Look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve tools and communications, and enhance the experience for members and partners.
