Objetivo do Cargo

Garantir a mantenabilidade dos equipamentos da área industrial com disponibilidade conforme objetivos requeridos.

Responsabilidades

• Garantir o perfeito funcionamento dos equipamentos através de técnicas de mantenabilidade e confiabilidade, suportando as necessidades da produção e desenvolvendo metodologias para uso e conservação;
• Implementar projetos de melhoria em equipamentos e sistemas de operação a fim de garantir o processo de melhoria contínua;
• Apontar todas as atividades no sistema através da ordem de serviço afim de manter o registro dos equipamentos e dados para melhoria contínua;
• Treinar e capacitar os iniciantes (SABIC) nos procedimentos de técnicas de mantenabilidade vigentes;
• Treinar os colaboradores da área de manufatura sobre o funcionamento dos equipamentos, garantindo o entendimento de todos na sua operação segura;
• Praticar as orientações de segurança no trabalho, com base nas instruções, cursos e treinamentos realizados por EHS, para a garantia das condições de trabalho na empresa;
• Participar de treinamentos internos e externos sempre que orientado ou   solicitado pelo superior imediato, visando o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal, através de aprimoramento e atualização técnica;
• Zelar pelas normas de qualidade, instruções e procedimentos internos estabelecidos pelo sistema de gestão, praticando todas as orientações e participando de treinamentos e eventos pertinentes, visando a melhoria continua de todo o sistema;
• Cumprir as normas internas e da legislação local vigente referente a saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e segurança patrimonial;
• Prestar atendimento suporte e realizar atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme orientação e/ou solicitação do superior imediato.

Work Availability
