The role focuses on promoting and selling print, packaging, and label solutions to achieve revenue targets through lead generation and account expansion. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing long-term plans for key customers, and mentoring junior sales representatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the print or packaging industry. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the ability to present to senior executives are required.

Promotes and sells the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of new and existing customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base. Owns a record of sales achievement in the print, packaging and/or label industry. This is a hybrid role, based in Illinois with the availability to commute to any of our RRD locations as needed.
For at least the first 6 months in this role at RRD, a non-recoverable draw is expected to be between $50,000 - $150,000 per year; after this period, the draw may change or decrease over time. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based on factors such as education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and geographic location. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
