Responsible for general maintenance, custodial duties, and cleanliness of common areas both interior and exterior. Tasks include performing repairs, executing basic landscaping, and managing make-ready units for vacant apartments.
Preferred high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating various maintenance tools and equipment.
