Responsible for general maintenance, custodial duties, and cleanliness of the property's interior and exterior common areas. Tasks include performing repairs, managing make-ready units, and ensuring pool and landscaping upkeep.
Preferred high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating various maintenance tools and equipment.
