The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for performing property maintenance, repairs, and emergency response to ensure community standards. They also assist the Maintenance Manager with administrative tasks, team collaboration, and operational continuity.
Candidates should have at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience and possess EPA certification. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will carry out the duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the assigned community and will assume the Maintenance Manager responsibilities when Maintenance Manager is not available.
