The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, custodial duties, and landscaping to maintain the property's cleanliness and structural integrity. They must also assist with make-ready units, respond to emergency maintenance calls, and ensure all work orders are completed within 24-48 hours.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in maintenance or a related field and possess general knowledge of skilled trades such as carpentry and drywall. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
