The Leasing Associate is responsible for marketing the property, conducting tours, and managing the lease signing process to maintain high occupancy. They also focus on resident retention by resolving service issues and organizing community events.
Candidates should have an associate's degree or 6-12 months of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Physical ability to climb stairs and a flexible schedule including weekends is required.
