You will lead the technology, data, and information security strategy for NatWest Markets NV, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and regulatory requirements. This involves managing technology and AI roadmaps, overseeing risk management, and driving improvements in data quality and cyber defense.
The role requires extensive experience leading international technology teams within complex, highly regulated financial services environments. You must possess deep technical expertise in enterprise technology, data governance, and cybersecurity, alongside strong stakeholder management and regulatory knowledge.
Join us as a Head of Technology, Data & Information Integrity
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of technology and corporate services, making sure they’re secure, efficient and aligned to our long-term strategy. You’ll deliver the technology and AI roadmap in line with enterprise architecture, embedding robust governance frameworks aligned to evolving regulatory requirements, including DORA, BCBS239 and the EU AI Act. Alongside this, you’ll own technology, data and AI risks within appetite, securing a resilient and well‑controlled operating environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience leading international technology teams and delivering large‑scale change. You’ll pair this with a strong understanding of technology risk, cyber security and data governance. With a proven track record of improving data management and quality frameworks, you’ll help strengthen data integrity and operational performance across the organisation.
