Labourers provide hands-on support for construction projects by organizing materials, assisting equipment operators, and performing site cleanup. They are also responsible for setting up traffic control devices and ensuring all worksite activities comply with safety policies.
Candidates must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions. Previous experience in construction or telecommunications is considered an asset, along with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

We are hiring full-time Labourers to support crews on a newly awarded multi-year contract, offering stable year-round work and career growth in utility and telecommunications construction.
The Role
Our Labourers are essential members of our crews and play an important role in the safe, efficient, and successful completion of ROHL projects. They provide hands-on support throughout all phases of construction, helping keep work progressing, equipment and materials organized, and the crew prepared to complete each task safely and effectively.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
