Oversee a portfolio of hotels to maximize asset value and net operating income through strategic investment and operational oversight. Collaborate with hotel management companies to execute capital investment programs and ensure alignment with investment goals.
Requires over 10 years of experience in hotel ownership, asset management, or operations with strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses.
