Hours: 4-24 hours per week
Shift: Shifts vary and include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Programs run Monday to Sunday.

Salary: $20.40 per hour

Nature & Scope

The Ice Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe ice skating environment, assisting guests with skating equipment, enforcing facility rules, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
Major Responsibilities- in this position, you will:
Provide on-ice supervision during program times
Ensure ice rules are being followed
Support rental shop and skate sharpening when needed
Perform first aid when required
Provide excellent customer service to school groups and members of the public, assisting with any questions or concerns
Perform opening and closing tasks
Complete all checklists, incident reports, and other documentation as required
May also be trained as a cashier
Qualification-you bring:
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid Standard First Aid with CPR C certificate
Strong skating ability
Have access to reliable transportation
Strong customer service skills
Strong skating ability
Successful candidate will be required to provide 3 satisfactory references
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record check with a Vulnerable sector search issued no later than six (6) months preceding the start date.
