Manage civil litigation cases from inception to trial across business, estate planning, and real estate practice areas. Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support, including drafting documents, monitoring deadlines, and handling client correspondence.
Requires at least 7 years of experience as a paralegal supporting civil litigation attorneys. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software is required, while a paralegal certificate is preferred.

We are seeking to hire a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support the Litigation team around our three main practice areas of Business, Estate Planning and Real Estate. We are looking for an individual with at least 7 years of experience in a law firm supporting attorneys with civil litigation matters in our primary practice areas. In this role, the employee will provide a spectrum of legal support which will consist of the following responsibilities and require the following skills and experiences:
