The Director of Compliance is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise-wide compliance program to mitigate regulatory and operational risks. This includes overseeing internal controls, conducting investigations into noncompliance, and leading a Compliance Steering Committee.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in finance or business, with a master's or JD preferred, and at least eight years of compliance experience. Strong management skills and a deep knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to business and financial activities are required.

The Riverbay Sales department is the exclusive transfer agent for all apartment sales and is responsible for the acceptance and processing all Co-op City apartment sale applications for both new applicants and transfer applicants. With approximately 1,000 employees work for RiverBay, many of them residents of Co-op City.
