The Support Specialist manages client-supplied legal materials and prepares accurate summaries of depositions and discovery documents. They also serve as a professional point of contact for law firm clients and assist with case organization and scheduling.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant, preferably in civil litigation. An associate's degree or equivalent coursework is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

The Support Specialist, Human Factors position is responsible for providing skilled support services to our operations group in client services. The successful candidate will manage client-supplied materials and review and summarize depositions and discovery documents with a focus on work predominantly with law firms and manufacturers. They will serve as professional representatives of the company through written and verbal communications

Physical Demands – Work is performed primarily in an office setting. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.
Overtime - There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position.
Travel Requirements - This position requires up to 5% local travel. Out-of-the-area and overnight travel may also be required.
