Als Team Lead Customer Service ben je samen met je team (12 FTE) verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van een optimale logistieke dienstverlening aan onze klanten. De operationele afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen (internationaal), het oplossen van onregelmatigheden met betrekking tot de zendingen, maandfacturatie, voorraadbeheer en het zorgdragen voor de totale administratieve verwerking van de zendingen behoort tot het takenpakket van het Customer Service Team.

Je schakelt continu met je eigen team en met de operatie om een optimale samenwerking en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. Je analyseert orderstromen en komt met verbetervoorstellen.
