Provides support to individuals with mental health and substance use issues in various community settings to promote recovery and independent living. Facilitates relationships between clients, families, and local agencies while performing case management and skill-building activities.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field with at least 2 years of experience, or a master's degree with 1 year of experience. Candidates must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional and hold a relevant license, certificate, or registration.

Provides support to individuals with Mental Health (MH) or Substance Abuse Issues. In residential, school, workplace and community settings. These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community. Staff ratio takes into consideration evening and weekend hours, needs of special populations and geographical areas to be served. Persons who meet the requirements specified for Qualified Professional (QP) status have the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served may deliver supports within the requirements of the staff definition specified in the service definitions. Relies on supervision and direction to provide quality services.Position Requirements:: Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
