Provide holistic nursing care and coordinate routine medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Document patient health data, conduct medication pass observations, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Must be a graduate of an accredited licensed nurse program and hold a current, unrestricted LPN license. Candidates must possess current CPR certification and demonstrate the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Location: Macon, GA (group home setting)
Employment Type: PRN (as needed)
Compensation: $32/hr+ (depending on role and experience)
Incentives: No sign-on bonus is being offered for PRN status. No relocation packaged offered.
Schedule: Varies, 7am - 7pm OR 7pm - 7am
Please note: PRN associates who are extended an offer must be able to complete a required two-week new hire orientation, held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please apply only if you are able to attend and complete this mandatory training.
