The General Manager is responsible for leading staff performance, overseeing daily store operations, and driving revenue through membership and retail sales. They must also manage local marketing initiatives and cultivate community partnerships to grow the brand's presence.
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and three to five years of management experience, specifically with a proven track record in B2B sales. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, along with strong communication and numerical analysis skills, is required.
