Supervise and manage day-to-day facility operations and equipment maintenance to minimize operational downtime. Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems while coordinating with external contractors.
Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with strong technical expertise in building operations and M&E systems. A bachelor's degree or specialty trade training is preferred, along with knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
