The Cards Fulfillment Officer manages the end-to-end card issuance process, including personalization, printing, and delivery coordination. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with security policies and service level agreements.
The role requires strong skills in operations and inventory management, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and logistics partners. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and a solid understanding of security standards like PCI DSS.
Card Issuance & Fulfilment
· Manage the end-to-end card fulfilment process from card request to customer delivery.
· Coordinate card personalization with card processors and personalization bureaus.
· Ensure timely printing, packaging, and dispatch of debit and credit cards.
Inventory & Stock Management
· Maintain accurate records of card inventory (blanks and packaging materials).
· Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts.
· Reconcile inventory regularly and investigate discrepancies.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
· Liaise with card vendors, personalization bureaus, and courier partners.
· Track card deliveries and ensure timely distribution to customers.
· Resolve fulfilment issues such as delayed or lost cards.
Process Monitoring
· Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for card production and delivery.
· Maintain documentation and reports on card fulfilment activities.
· Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure card handling complies with PCI DSS and internal security policies.
· Safeguard card inventory and sensitive customer information.
