Candidates must hold a Property and Casualty license and have at least 5 years of account management experience in the insurance industry. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a four-year degree and professional insurance designations.

The Account Manager manages the overall client relationship by providing strategic advice on coverage, risk management and business needs, ensuring that the client's insurance program aligns with long-term goals and growth plans. The Account Manager remains knowledgeable of advances in the insurance business as well as stays abreast of the types of insurance products available.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
