The Patient Coordinator will guide prospective and existing patients through their care journey and re-engage past patients to restart care plans. They are responsible for educating patients on treatments, maintaining accurate records, and meeting performance engagement targets.
Candidates must have 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or patient coordination, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a professional, empathetic demeanor are required.
