Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry. A valid driver's license and residency/familiarity with the assigned region are mandatory.

仕事の比率は、概ね本部担当業務７割、店舗担当業務3割となります。
・営業計画の推進、実行
・売上、配荷、投資効率を考えた顧客プランの立案
・KPI 目標値の達成
・商品流通、販売数、予算、冷蔵庫・販促品の配置、店頭展開の PDCA サイクルを回す
・各店舗内でのブランディングの確立
・グローバルガイドラインに沿った店頭展開の実施
・ビジビリティスペースの確保
・自動車運転免許
・居住地を担当エリア付近に定められること
・担当エリアの土地勘があることが望ましい
・大学卒（経営、マーケティング専攻などが望ましい）
・BtoB営業実務経験（目安3年以上）
・飲料メーカー、消費財等のBtoBルート営業の経験
