Define and structure a comprehensive growth strategy integrating brand, paid media, CRM, and data to optimize end-to-end conversion. Lead the marketing budget, coordinate internal teams and external agencies, and evolve the MarTech stack for KPI reporting.
Requires 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth within lead generation models, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior consulting role. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and CRM automation tools is essential, with a strong analytical mindset.

Tenemos campañas activas, captación constante de leads, herramientas y un equipo ambicioso. Buscamos un perfil con visión estratégica y capacidad de liderazgo capaz de conectar todas las piezas y acelerar el crecimiento del negocio.
Definir y estructurar la estrategia integral conectando:
👉 Marca · Paid Media · CRM · Automatización · Datos · Conversión Comercial
No buscamos solo aumentar el volumen de leads; queremos optimizar la conversión end-to-end hasta la firma hipotecaria.
💡 Estrategia & Presupuesto: Liderar el plan de Marketing & Growth y la asignación eficiente de inversión.
👥 Coordinación: Dirigir equipos internos, agencias y especialistas externos.
📈 Performance & Funnel: Optimizar la captación de leads, el CPL, el CAC y las tasas de conversión.
🔄 MarTech & Data: Evolucionar el stack de CRM (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign), automatizaciones, lead scoring y dashboards de KPIs (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) para Dirección.
Experiencia: +4-5 años en marketing digital, growth o CRM en modelos basados en Lead Generation (al menos 2 años liderando equipos, proyectos o como consultor senior).
Herramientas: Dominio de Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 y plataformas de automatización CRM.
Mindset: Perfil analítico con visión de negocio, orientado a retorno de inversión (ROI) y con capacidad para bajar al detalle operativo cuando sea necesario.
Valorable: Experiencia en sectores Fintech, Proptech, Banca, Seguros o Inmobiliario.

🟢 Opción Contrato Laboral (In-House):
Contrato Indefinito (Jornada Completa).
Salario competitivo (Fijo + Variable por objetivos).
Modelo de trabajo híbrido con base en Madrid.
🟡 Opción Freelance / Consultant (B2B):
Contrato de Prestación de Servicios (Alta en Autónomos o S.L. en España).
Dedicación Part-Time (estimada en 15-20h/semana) por hitos u objetivos.
Remoto con reuniones periódicas de seguimiento en Madrid.
Proyecto inicial de 6 meses con vocación de colaboración continuada.
