Oversee commercial flooring projects from the initial bid phase through completion while ensuring profitability and quality standards. Build and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors and developers to secure new business opportunities.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management or business development. Must have 3+ years of experience specifically in non-residential commercial construction as a manager or supervisor.
