Requires 2+ years of administrative or customer service management experience and knowledge of Head Start and CDE Title V regulations. A bachelor's degree in a related field and bilingual skills in Spanish/English are preferred.

You’ll ensure compliance with Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards, California Department of Education funding requirements, and all applicable childcare regulations, helping us deliver high-quality, equitable programs for the families we serve. This position covers our Area 2 which includes Oakland, Emeryville, and Berkeley.
