The staff member will manage non-life insurance contracts for Rakuten Group companies, including renewals, inquiries, and administrative processing. They will also identify new business risks and propose optimal insurance solutions to various Rakuten Group entities.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in non-life insurance sales at an agency. A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are required for this role.

・楽天保険グループ（楽天生命、楽天損保、楽天ペット保険）のWEBマーケティングを統括し ており、楽天の持つビッグデータやテクノロジーを駆使して、戦略の立案から実行までを担って いる会社です。
・シナジー本部は「楽天経済圏での保険事業拡大」をミッションとして、楽天会員がより快適に楽天グループのサービスをご利用いただけるような保険ソリューションの企画提案や楽天グループ各企業の事業リスクに対するリスクマネジメントを実施しています。
・シナジー推進二部では、楽天グループ各企業の事業リスクに対するリスクマネジメント、およびシナジー本部が提供している既存サービスの改善業務を担当しています。
・オペレーション課では、楽天グループ各企業の事業リスクに対するリスクマネジメントを担当しており、損害保険契約の満期更改対応や保守をメイン業務としています。オペレーション課が担うこれらの業務は、シナジー本部の事業においてベースとなるものであり、本部への貢献度が高くやりがいのある業務です。
・社員の退職（育休満了）、異動、欠員
・楽天グループ各企業を対象とする損害保険契約の保守業務全般（満期更改、問合せ対応、事務処理、等）
・担当する楽天グループ各企業の新たな事業リスクに対する損害保険提案
・満期更改に伴う、楽天グループ各社とのコンタクト、契約締結
・更改のタイミングでの、最適な保険会社の選定、折衝、および楽天グループ各社への提案
・代理店での損害保険営業経験が1年以上（乗り合い代理店も含む）
・能動的に、責任感を持って
・損害保険業界での勤務経験
・損害保険代理店での法人営業
