Candidates must be fresh law graduates, currently pursuing an LLB/CS degree, or have 6-12 months of relevant experience. Strong written English and familiarity with professional AI tools are required or preferred.

Legal & Corporate Secretarial Support– ASPAC 5 countries, + IN (+ 10+ Indirect Markets)
Contract review, redlining, and comparison, Copy Reviews (450+ low-risk documents annually)
Drafting addendums, routine correspondence, summaries, NDAs, and internal memos under supervision.
Corporate secretarial support: Board Meeting scheduling, statutory filings, entity records.
Coordination with cross functional stakeholders
Document execution, notarization, and legalization workflow coordination
AI & Technology Enablement
Work with AI tools within the department (contract automation, research).
Administrative & Operational
Preparation of reports, presentations, and budget trackers for the legal team.
Coordination of external counsel engagements and invoice management.
Maintenance of contract templates, and legal databases.
