The Lending Specialist is responsible for assessing, interviewing, and processing standard and complex mortgage deals for members in the Maroochydore region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality lending experiences and identifying growth opportunities by recognizing member needs.
Candidates must have strong banking knowledge, experience in Mortgage and SME lending, and excellent communication skills. Required qualifications include FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation and a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
About the Role
As the Lending Specialist, you will provide a high-quality lending experience to our existing and new members within the Maroochydore region by delivering them with appropriate products and services. You will be responsible for assessing, interviewing, and processing standard and complex mortgage deals and identifying opportunities to grow our business by recognising our Member’s needs.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week. You will be based in our Maroochydore Branch and support our South East region.
