As an AI Security Engineer at Quantium in Sydney, you will be the hands-on specialist shaping how our AI and data science solutions are developed, deployed and operated securely, with impact across the entire organisation.
This is a permanent full time position where you will combine deep knowledge of modern AI and machine learning systems with practical security engineering expertise to define and implement controls that enable Quantium to adopt new AI technologies safely and at pace.
Working closely with data science, engineering, application security and security architecture teams, you will embed security throughout the AI and ML lifecycle. You will also continuously assess emerging threats, develop pragmatic guardrails and advise the organisation on the evolving risks associated with foundation models, agentic systems and other rapidly developing AI capabilities.
