Manage and process insurance claims from start to finish, including assessing validity and calculating settlements. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the claims process in multiple languages.
Requires a recent Bachelor's degree in translation, law, business administration, or a related field. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other European language.

As a Claims Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the claims process with clarity and care, in multiple languages. You’ll assess claims, investigate details and find solutions – all while sharpening your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
