The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Operations & Design Intern, you'll help drive our growth in Qatar: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.

What you'll own

• Own the end-to-end creation and updating of digital menus for our restaurant clients — accurately and on time

• Deliver design requests including QR stands, table displays, and promotional materials that meet brand and quality standards

• Support smooth day-to-day operations through administrative and back-office tasks that keep the team moving

Who you are

• You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right

• You manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball

• You take real ownership and follow through without being chased

• You're energized by working in a fast-moving environment where your work has direct impact

What you'll need

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva & Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to have

• Experience in menu management, content management systems, design coordination, or administrative operations

• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace
