Lead the Merchant Development team to manage and grow relationships with enterprise merchants. Accountable for merchant satisfaction, retention, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
Requires 5-10 years of experience in KAM or commercial roles and 3+ years of leadership experience. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with fintech or e-commerce experience being a strong advantage.

We are looking for a Head of Merchant Development to join our Merchant Growth organisation. You'll report to our Chief Merchant Officer and take full ownership of the KAM function for Qliro's enterprise merchants. You'll build the team, structure, and cadence needed to make these merchants feel prioritized and well taken care of, while identifying and driving the growth opportunities within their accounts.
Own and be accountable for the relationship with Qliro's existing enterprise merchants
Build and lead the Merchant Development team, setting the structure and ways of working needed to deliver first-class service
Set clear KPIs for merchant satisfaction (e.g. NPS, churn, availability) and follow up on these regularly
Own retention and renegotiation of existing key merchant agreements, with a clear plan for when and how this happens
Together with Analytics, follow up on and analyze key merchant performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Be hands-on accountable yourself for a few of our biggest enterprise merchants
Act as the merchants' voice internally, making sure their needs and feedback are clearly communicated across the organization
Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and other parts of the Merchant Growth Team to ensure key merchants' needs are met
Have 5–10 years of experience in KAM, merchant management, or similar commercial roles
Have 3+ years experience leading and developing teams
Have strong analytical skills and are used to working data-driven with clear KPIs
Can communicate efficiently across departments and seniority levels, from team members to C-level management
Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Any other Nordic language fluency is a plus.
Having experience from the payments, fintech, or e-commerce industry is a clear advantage
