Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 8 years of relevant experience. Experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Large Manufacturing industries is preferred.
The role holder will be responsible to support the Corporate Performance Management section by maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing the company’s corporate performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting outputs. The role holder will be responsible to ensure accurate performance tracking, insightful analysis, and effective linkage between strategy, execution, and results to support informed management decision-making.
Founded in 1969 as a joint venture between the Government of Qatar and a number of foreign shareholders, QAFCO has evolved steadily over the past five decades as a world-class fertilizer producer.
