As an AI+ Integration - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of integrating advanced AI solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results for our clients. Your work will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop and implement software engineering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality work. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, mentor junior team members, and enhance your personal brand. Your role will involve anticipating client needs, managing ambiguity, and using your technical skills to provide valuable insights and solutions.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Managing application lifecycle processes including development, testing, and deployment
- Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to enhance system integration and performance
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software development processes
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to improve system reliability and functionality
- Designing and maintaining enterprise application architecture to support business objectives
- Engaging in business process management and improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
- Leading quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance
