As a Full Stack .NET REACT Developer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test cutting-edge applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative software solutions using C#.NET and React Native to drive digital transformation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and test applications that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing C++ programming language to build and optimize software components for improved performance
- Engaging in software development processes, including debugging and troubleshooting, to maintain application quality
- Applying software engineering principles to create scalable and maintainable code structures
- Participating in code reviews to uphold coding standards and improve team collaboration
- Leveraging software development methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
- Analyzing complex technical problems and providing solutions that align with business objectives
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver tailored software solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce MBA (finance related), M.Com
- At least 3+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
