We’re hiring a Finance Director to own Finance for CX Global Technical Services and Service Logistics, the delivery engine behind our Evergreen subscription business. This is a high-ownership leadership role with meaningful exposure to E-staff and senior VP leaders. You will set the financial and analytical agenda for the domain, shape how senior leaders think about service delivery, and ensure Finance is influencing strategy — not just reporting results. You will partner closely with CX and Finance leadership on the core choices that define the service delivery model, including workforce strategy, service logistics economics, capacity and productivity, service levels, and the long-term investments and operating model needed to support Evergreen at scale. You will also lead and develop a small, high-impact team while building mechanisms, tools, and processes that scale beyond any one person.
A strong candidate will combine sharp business judgment, strong controllership instincts, and the ability to translate complex operational, financial, and service delivery issues into clear decisions, strategic trade-offs, and durable execution.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
