Greet members with enthusiasm and provide tours to potential members to drive membership sign-ups. Maintain club cleanliness and handle member requests and operational procedures professionally.
Candidates must be energetic and personable with excellent communication and world-class customer service skills. Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain stationary at a front desk is required.

This role is called a Mood Lifter, but until that is a word job seekers are typing into Google, we will stick with using the more widely known title of Gym Floor Associate. What is a Mood Lifter, you ask? Mood Lifters are the people who greet each of our members with ear-to-ear smiles, over the top enthusiasm and pretty much know everyone in the club by name. They will run to open the door for you in a driving rainstorm and change a channel so you don’t miss a minute of the big game. They consistently go above and beyond and you can’t help but smile when you see them.
