You will manage a varied occupational rehabilitation caseload while providing technical leadership or account management support. Key duties include conducting workplace and ergonomic assessments, facilitating medical case conferences, and developing return-to-work plans.
Candidates must hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology with current AHPRA or ESSA registration. Experience in occupational rehabilitation or injury management is required, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Prudence Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team at a Principal Consultant capacity. This role combines hands-on rehabilitation consulting with the opportunity to influence best practice, mentor others, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to business growth.

You will manage a varied occupational rehabilitation caseload while providing either technical leadership or account management support across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Workplace Assessments
Functional Capacity Evaluations
Medical Case Conferences
Ergonomic Assessments
Return to Work planning and case management
Building strong relationships with employers, insurers, workers and treatment providers
Delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes
Depending on your area of focus, you will also contribute to either technical excellence and mentoring, or strategic client relationship management and service growth.
Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
Relevant professional registration or accreditation with AHPRA or ESSA
Experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workplace health
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Current driver's licence
