Prudence Rehab are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of our finance function and elevate how financial insight drives business performance.
This is more than a reporting role. You’ll partner directly with our Executive team to move the business to forward looking, insight led decision making. Helping leaders understand not just the numbers but the why behind them.

You’ll play a critical role in:
Evolving our hybrid accounting model
Lifting accounting standards and governance
Building more sophisticated forecasting and modelling
Giving General Managers and Product Owners direct access to true financial expertise
Your work will directly influence strategy, growth and operational decisions across the business.
Who you are
Commercially sharp and solutions focused
Strong communicator who can influence non financial stakeholders
Naturally curious, always asking why behind the numbers
High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
A hands on leader who can operate strategically when needed
What you bring
CPA or CA qualified, with a degree in Accounting or Finance
5–10+ years’ experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and modelling
Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
Experience working with audits and external partners
Bonus if you bring:
Exposure to automation or process improvement
Experience in operational or workforce driven businesses (e.g. utilisation, margins, billables)
