The role involves driving business growth by providing data-driven financial analyses and reports to commercial stakeholders. You will monitor performance trends, manage budget variances, and collaborate across departments to identify efficiency improvements.
Candidates must hold a degree in finance, economics, or management and possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication abilities and experience in explaining performance drivers to cross-functional teams are essential.

Identifies trends and risks that may impact business performance, thereby contributing to both short-term and long-term planning processes.
Supports the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in delivering critical analyses and insights into variances against budget.
Collaborates with teams across the European Hub to leverage shared solutions that support local business needs
Identifies gaps and monitors the quality of management information delivered to operational teams, helping to support the achievement of business objectives.
Propose different ways to mitigate budget risks as reward promo
Participates to the field meetings in order to understand operational and structure changes
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit risk, Operations, and Finance teams
Explain performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
Challenge assumptions and existing ways of working Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
Demonstrate proactive attitude and open communication Track key performance indicators (KPIs)

We are part of the British based International Personal Finance (IPF) Group, one of the leading home credit providers in Europe. The Group has 2.3 million customers in 9 European countries as well as in Mexico and Australia.
